Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Using your fingers, roll it out until the pizza is about 9 x 13 inches. Then carefully place the dough on a piece of parchment paper or a baking mat on your work surface.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Wash the lemon with hot water and zest it. Cut it in two, juice one half and slice the other.
Transfer all the ingredients for the sauce into a sealable container. Seal it and then shake vigorously until everything is well combined.
Using your fingers, making a few small indentations in the pizza dough. Now, spread the sauce evenly over the dough, making sure to fill the indentations with it.
Cut the mozzarella into ½-inch thick pieces. If it's very watery, pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Spread it evenly over the pizza.
Top the pizza with the lemon slices.
Set the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Drizzle the freshly baked pizza with fresh lemon juice, then sprinkle the Parmesan and parsley on top. Optionally add some black pepper or a pinch of chili flakes before serving.
