Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 10 walnuts
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and then blend until creamy.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more plant-based milk and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy your nutrient boost!
