Strawberries and chocolate simply belong together. Everyone who has ever bitten into a chocolate-covered strawberry knows that. But it can get even better. How about a chocolate bundt cake with strawberries? Here, the red summer fruits are not just decoration, but also part of the cake. This makes it so wonderfully moist and fruity. The combination with dark chocolate is not only a beautiful color contrast but also a flavorful one.

Chocolate Bundt Cake with Strawberries: Perfect Combination

Because of the great fruits, we are all excited every year. Our chocolate bundt cake with strawberries will have the same effect not only on you, but also on your guests. The cake simply looks elegant with its deep chocolate color and the red splashes of color. It looks particularly decorative if you don’t remove the green leaves of the strawberries. Powdered sugar adds the finishing touch.

Although the moist chocolate cake with strawberries looks impressive, it is very quick to prepare. You just mix butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and add the eggs. Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, dark chocolate shavings, and chopped strawberries. Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake it for 50 minutes. Of course, any other baking pan would work, but a bundt pan gives your creation a beautiful look.

While the cake cools completely, prepare the chocolate coating. It is essential for our cake because it takes the chocolate flavor to the next level. It makes your bundt cake simply irresistible! Pour the chocolate coating, which you simply warm up in a double boiler, over the cold cake and decorate it with strawberries and powdered sugar. Done!

The fruits also play a major role in our Puff Pastry with Strawberries and Cream Cheese. Another irresistible cake with seasonal berries is the Raspberry Lemon Cake. It tastes like summer! Also try our fluffy Quark Bundt Cake.
